Hi, My name is Nancy and I help individuals who are struggling with feelings of anxiety, low mood, PTSD, or suicidal thoughts feel better. Services are available via video, phone, and text in the very near future.
I use therapy methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural therapy, MCBT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), and Mindfulness.
I have taken courses in yoga, mindfulness and meditation and I use this knowledge to add a relaxing component to my sessions.
I am registered to practise in the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador and the province of Ontario. To be able to practise I am registered with the OCSWSSW and NLASW, CASW and Emdria.
